Love the new title! Man, even with just the stuff you have, that's going to be an amazing comp! :D

Mind if I x-post this a few places to get the word out?

When are you looking to release this?

Fall, like October.

Very nice

Amazing lineup from what I'm seeing so far, but more importantly this is an amazing concept for a much deserving cause. Thanks for your efforts to put this together - I'll do what I can to spread the word.

Re: Very nice

Thank you so much. As a cancer survivor, I can tell you how much this means to me. I almost died in January, the chemo almost killed me. I appreciate anything you can do.

Question...

Hey there - read about this via Matt Caustic and Dave Xuberx's journals. I was curious, do you need anyone to throw design work your way for this thing? If so, here's my portfolio, and naturally it'd be for free. If not, that's cool - I'm looking forward to buying a copy either way.

Re: Question...

Wow, thanks man. I appreciate that. I actually already have a guy lined up. I appreciate your support though.

Re: Question...

That's cool - I'll at least pass word on about it to my editors at Side-Line, if that's alright, and see if they'll post something about it in their news feed.

Re: Question...

They did a news piece in November when I first announced it. It was under the headline..."Rein[Forced] frontman speaks out against cancer." Thanks though, they might need reminding :)

Really looking forward to this. I hope everyone gets their stuff to you on time!

I'll definitely spread the word too, and if there's anything else I can do, let me know!

Thanks Jenners! See you in a couple weeks.

Wow Jim! My head's going to melt listening to all the talent you've assembled.

I can't imagine the management skills you need to get to pull this all together. I recently finished up with a comic-book jam project and the organizer of that was pulling his hair over getting 12 or so artists to meet that deadline.

Hats off to you for your strength.

Thanks man, I am still working on it and it has been quite a trial but it will be amazing, trust me.

Hi man, you don't know me but I saw this on Caustic's MySpace. I'm Jared.

Wanted to wish you all the best. My mom's a cancer survivor (Uteran) so this is a really important thing you've got going here, and some amazing talen lined up (who'd have thought I'd ever buy a compilation with Spahn Ranch, 16Volt, Chemlab, Nachtmahr, The Dark Clan, AND A23, right?!) and a wonderful cause to put it toward.

Keep up the hard work, and I hope it's cool if I add you :)

Of course

Thanks so much man, I am flattered. Add away, all my best to you and your family. I am proud to know someone like you. About the artists...umm...yeah, that is the problem with industrial these days. Too many divisions. There are some styles that aren't even aware that the other styles exist. There is a big generation gap and a cause like this, which affects everyone, is a good way to bring everyone together.

Re: Of course

I agree wholeheartedly. I was really lucky that when I got into this stuff a few years ago I had some really well exosed friends who were able to point me in tons of different directions.

It'll be nice to have a compilation that has some great variety to it.

All the best to you and your family as well.

Re: Of course

I usually don't head out that way, but I might have a reason now ;)

If you're ever around Jersey or NYC hit me up. I DJ around Manhattan at a few places (but who doesn't, right? ;) ).

Would you like a track from a sytnhpop band? My label is almost off of the ground, and I have a few extra remixes that we were saving for use on things like this. Here is the link...

Let me know....would love for them to get some more exposure.

The comp is full up. However if this is a success, there will be a vol 2.

I have a few remixes that are building up, as many as possible I say, since you never know when this kind of opportunity is going to come up. :)
